We hired Charis to be our nanny for our 2 year old and infant baby. She is good with children but totally unreliable. Almost every week she had an excuse as to why she couldn’t work that day. There was one whole week when she didn’t come in and our whole family suffered that week. She never told me she had two other jobs and had classes when I interviewed her. We still worked around her schedule because we liked her and the way she handled the kids. We agreed that once her classes were over that should would work Tuesday-Friday. Come summertime, she tells me she can’t work Wednesdays because she was working another job. It has been extremely frustrating working with her. Lastly, she decided she would quit and now we have no childcare even though both my husband and I have to work 40 hours a week
