For 15+ years, I have had the privilege of caring for educating children around the East coast and most recently in other parts of the world. I take pride in providing extraordinary attention to the specific needs of the child and their family and giving above and beyond what is asked of me. My experience spans working with newborns, twins, multiple children of varying ages, special needs, non English speakers, and culturally diverse families. Charisma has cared for all three of my children since they were babies. They are now 13, 9 and 7 months. I trust her with my home and my children. Charisma is not only excellent with my children, showing an immense level of patience, she is also engaging and provides healthy meal choices. I can't say enough about the level of care my children receive with her and the immense level of trust my husband and I have in Charisma as she cares for our children. I highly recommend her!!
