Hey there!! I'm Charisma and I'm so excited that you took a moment to review my profile. My background and experience in childcare goes back about 20 years to my sophomore year in high school. At that time I took on my first nanny gig of 3-month-old twins and a their 2-year-old sister. Since then I have nannied and babysat for countless children while earning a BA in Psychology and a Masters degree in Early Childhood Education. My love of children and teaching let me to schools and learning centers, as well as homes where I worked with children on the autism spectrum. I have also had the opportunity to teach English in Thailand as a Peace Corps Volunteer for two years. My experience is varied and my passion for working with children remains present. I look forward to providing you with my services.

Charisma is awesome with our kids! We have a 14, 9 and 1 year old. She plans activities for them, creates educational tools and lessons and also prepares healthy meals and snacks for the kids. She is very patient with all the kids and is very hands on, especially with the baby. It is great to have someone you can fully trust with your kids while getting time away for a needed break!
