About Chantal

I have spent many years with children not just as a babysitter but as an advocate for their education and personal development. I have a BA in psychology which has emphasized child/adolescent development. I am now continuing on and working on my teaching credential and MA in Education. This is a difficult time for numerous families and people. Children are left at home and their parents have enough roles to take on without adding teacher to the list, and that's OK! I am very excited to help make sure intellectual and creative space is held and encouraged. I can work on lessons, I have more craft supplies than you can imagine and would love to set up tactile and creative projects. I sing and play guitar. I feel very confident and excited in being the right person for the right family. I am looking for a family that supports BLM and the LGBTQIA+ community.
