After developing a disability, I decided to reach out to care.com to find an aide who could help me with basic living functions, meal preparation and assistance with transportation to and from medical appointments. After posting my position on care.com and reviewing approximately 15 responses, I selected Chan based on her years of experience as an aide along with her competitive rates. Within minutes of meeting Chan, I knew that I had made the right decision. Chan is a true professional who has a gift for assisting others in need while allowing them to function as independently as possible while maintaining their dignity and respect. She has an old- school work ethic in which she always reports to assignments on time, and does not leave until the job is done. Chan is very friendly and trustworthy and can get along with all types of clients and family members. I would highly recommend Chan for future aide position.
