Chanaporn, who we call "Nam", is one of the best child care providers we've ever had. I have a rambunctious, very active 3 1/2 year old boy and an 8 month baby, and I've left them both under her care many times, with my mind and heart completely at ease. She is wonderful for so many reasons but here's just a few: 1. She is extremely punctual and dependable. Nam always arrives at least 5-10 minutes before the time requested and jumps right in (this is super helpful as you're trying to tie up loose ends to dash out of the house). 2. She comes prepared with a variety of activities and art projects. I'm always greeted with adorable painting and craft projects and my toddler is super excited/proud to share when I return. 3. She is very gentle and engaged with my children. Nam is always engaging in conversations with both my kids and is very present with them. It's so hard to trust someone to watch your young kids, but I never worry when I leave them with Nam. She's the best!
