I'm looking for a job that allows me to be an extension of the parent. Meaning that any structures or routines that you've already put in place I'm here to support you in keeping things that way. When you hire me to help out I want you to have the peace of mind knowing that things are being done the way you would do them. One thing you should know about me is the kid(s) are the top priority. The wellbeing of the kid(s) is very important. Whether it's knowing what they are allergic to, diet restrictions, routines, etc. I want to know everything that you believe will help me make this a positive experience for you & them. My top 3 skills include active listening, task management, and adaptability. I use active listening when speaking with the parent(s) as well as the kid(s). Everyone deserves respect and to be listened to even nonverbally. Task management is a great skill to have to stay focused. Adaptability means seeing situations as a challenge to grow instead of stressing out.
