About Chad

I'm a married father of two children, a son(20years old) and a daughter (16 years old). For the last 4 years I've been working as an RBT (registered behavioral technician) providing ABA therapy to kids with special needs of all ages and abilities. I am CPR certified, RBT certified, crisis management and restraining techniques trained. I'm experienced at providing all levels of care needs. I have lots of practice reinforcing behavior change with close attention and FUN! I love to get on the same level with kids engaging in imaginative play and social interactive games. I enjoy entertaining with board games, giant bubbles, crafts and sports. I like promoting healthy nutritional choices and love to cook. Reading and helping with comprehension are also skills I've practiced. I enjoy cleaning and being organized I'm dedicated to whoever I work for! I'm a reliable trustworthy worker willing to go above and beyond. I'll gladly provide references.
