About Celinda

Hi! My name is Celinda and I am transitioning from elementary education into full-time nannying after realizing that my favorite part of my career has always been building meaningful relationships with children and supporting their growth in a more individualized setting. I bring a unique combination of professional teaching experience and 8 years of childcare experience working with children across many stages including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children. My background in education has given me strong skills in child development, creating engaging learning experiences, supporting emotional and social growth, and maintaining routines. As a nanny, I value creating a safe and fun environment while also bringing structure and consistency that helps children thrive. I enjoy planning age-appropriate activities, encouraging creativity and exploration, supporting developmental milestones, helping with schoolwork when needed, and making everyday moments meaningful!
