About Cedar

I have been a nanny for most of my life! I have a master's in Environmental Education, and worked at a children's nursery before I moved. I am going back to school for nursing specializing in early childhood pediatrics. I am a first responder with buckets of emergency experience, and am a first aid, CPR, AED, and basic life support certified provider. I don't expect you to have an AED in your house, but if you do, I'll think that you're very cool! Additionally, I have spent a few years of my life training service dogs for assignment with folks of various disabilities. I am comfortable around all animals, except loose snakes. Friends would describe me as kind, calm, level-headed, and focused. I work best when I am able to work independently and fully sink into the role. When I am not at work, you can find me volunteering in our community, studying, or playing in some form or another. Which, I think, is why kids like me so much:)
