About Caylin

During my high school years, I began caring for children. The children ranged from ages 4-9. My junior and senior year of high school, I participated in a work study program where I gained valuable experience working as an assistant in an early childhood development center. After high school I worked at a junior high school where I tutored children ages 11- 14. In parallel to that I was working on my associate in education. I then moved on to a private academy where my responsibilities included caring for infants, toddlers, and pre-K children. My daily tasks consisted of changing diapers, potty training and educational sessions. The overall objective of my position was to help the children progress through the various stages of independence.
