Hello my name is Cayetana I am from Peru, 9 years ago I became an American citizen, I am looking for full time job as a nanny, long term position. Enhancing 15+ years of Nanny experience I've been enrolled past 12 months at SJCC taking ECE Child Development courses. My years as a full-time nanny has primarily been caring for newborns, infants and preschoolers for families. I have great verifiable, local references. Still working with the Engineers family for almost 2 years taking care of Hannah and the newborn Adele of 7 weeks, today they told me that the mother will not return to work and my job will unfortunately end. I have a genuine love for children and infants. I normally have a varied but stable routine for children in my care dependent upon age and circumstances. Infancy stage is different from when they're a little older where we may frequent parks and activities held at different local libraries for children/toddlers.

I'm writing this review for Tany, who's been our nanny for the past year and a half. She's taken care of our daughter from 9 months to 2.5 years old, and I can confidently say she's been a great asset to our family. First off, Tany is incredibly reliable. She's always on time, which is crucial when you're trying to juggle work commitments. As two work-from-home parents, we appreciated how well she adapted to our home office setup. During the pandemic, we had specific protocols we wanted followed for our family's health. Tany was diligent about adhering to these, which gave us peace of mind while we focused on work. Tany is genuinely good with kids. She's patient and kind with our daughter, and they've developed a strong bond. Our little one is pretty active, but we never worried about her safety under Tany's watch. Flexibility is another big plus. There were times when we needed to shift her hours, and Tany was always accommodating. It also worked out well that she could take her vacation time when we took ours. We didn't opt for sleep training, which meant some challenging nap times. Tany handled these situations with patience and never complained. We're ending Tany's employment because one of us is transitioning to full-time caregiving. It's not a reflection on her work - she's been excellent throughout her time with us. If you're looking for a reliable, caring nanny, we’d highly recommend Tany.
