About Cathleen

Hi! My name is Katie, and I'm almost 19 years old from Independence, KY. I have 4+ years of paid childcare experience and currently work full-time as a daycare teacher in a 1-3-year-old classroom. Working with children is something I truly love. I enjoy helping kids learn, grow, and reach new milestones while creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment. My experience includes caring for infants, toddlers, and young children, as well as working with children who have special needs. Through these experiences, I've developed strong patience, understanding, and communication skills. I am experienced with diaper changes, potty training, meal times, nap schedules, educational activities, and age-appropriate play. I am dependable, caring, and dedicated to providing families with peace of mind knowing their children are in good hands. I look forward to meeting your family!
