She’s sweet, but he can be moody, anxious, and set in her ways — yet Katie won her over with patience, gentleness, and a calm confidence that immediately put her at ease. She understands her quirks, respects her boundaries, and somehow still gets her to enjoy walks, grooming routines, and little adventures outside the house. She actually perks up when Katie arrives. Katie treats her with the same love and dignity she’d give her own pets, and her reliability and genuine care have given us so much peace of mind.
