About Catherine

Hi there! My name is Catherine, but I go by Cat for short. I am a junior Psychology major and will be pursuing Occupational Therapy after I graduate in spring 2016. I am also a member of the Spartan Marching Band and will be returning for my last season in the fall. I am a fun, goofy, quirky, energetic person and I love meeting new people and making new connections. I have been babysitting occasionally since I was 13 years old. I absolutely love babies, but I have mostly cared for toddlers and elementary school aged children in the past. I love little ones and feel that there is much to be learned from children! I have never been a nanny before, but because I plan to attend graduate school for Occupational Therapy, I feel that spending more time with children will be both enriching and rewarding for my future career! I am currently looking for summer work only. I will be available starting the week of May 11 through the week of August 3. I am looking for a family who would be comfortable with employing me only during this period, but I have made myself available just about full-time. I am expecting an OT job shadow for a few hours a couple days a week that I will need to work around, but aside from that, I will have a very flexible schedule.
