About Catherine

Hello! My name is Catherine. I am a Mature, Nurturing Full-time Nanny and teacher with 7 years experience working with preschool through early elementary in 3 different families. References available upon request.. I am willing to customize in-home teaching to suit your child's needs and interests. I have hands-on experience in behavior modification which is effective in reducing or eliminating behaviors that interfere with learning. I am patient, loving and energetic and organized; I really enjoy children! With preschoolers, I like to do creative play, singing, dramatic reading and building language and math skills. I am CPR/pediatric/ First Aid certified and an IL. State Certified Substitute Teacher. I like to cook and prepare nutritious meals and snacks.
