About Catherine

Hi! My name is Cat and I am a current graduate student in the process of obtaining my Master of Social Work degree (I also hold a Bachelor of Social Work degree). I worked as a youth case manager for a couple of years in between degrees and provided diverse support, including academic support, to teenagers and young adults. I currently support a private school in my field practicum through one-on-one academic and social/emotional support with elementary and middle school students. I have found providing academic tutoring to be a true passion of mine and integrate a focus on ensuring students genuinely understand material and feel empowered/uplifted. My schedule is relatively tight due to responsibilities of my graduate program but I am committed to finding a schedule that provides what you need.
