Coming from a big family and being the eldest daughter, I was always drawn to childcare and helping my mother take care of my younger siblings. I started to babysit professionally at the age of 16 when I was hired to help watch and tutor for a family of 3 children. I continued to babysit and tutor throughout college and after college. During the summers, I was the proud head counselor at an all girls sleep away camp where every year I was trained in wilderness first aid, CPR, and EpiPen administration. Currently, I am in a postgrad fellowship program that helps trains future state and local epidemiologists. While this is an amazing opportunity, I am currently looking to babysit for date nights and weekends as a fun way to supplement my income. I am looking forward to providing fun crafts and games for children. I am also happy to help with homework, prepare meals, and provide light housecleaning including laundry.
