About Catherine

I absolutely love kids! I have had experience watching babies as young as 4 months old. I have also had experience watching twin girls ages two, I've babysat for a family with one 9-month-old, a 3-year-old and a 6-year-old. In high school and a little in college, I also babysat at my church on Sunday nights and was sometimes left alone with 5+ children (mostly toddlers). I previously worked at a Church camp also so I have worked, played, and watched over a lot of kids ages six and up. Summer of 2017 I also nannied in Montana for my sister with her 10-month-old and 3-year-old. I then moved to the Cedar Rapids area and nannied for a young boy age 10. I was able to get a para educator position at the South Tama Elementary school in 2018. After that school year I moved back to Cedar Rapids had a handful of jobs and am now at Bowman Woods Elementary and love it! Something you should know about me is that I am diagnosed with Epilepsy but it is medically controlled and ?'s are welcome!
