Cassydi was kind and caring with my toddler during the short time she worked with our family. She was given time off for the holidays, so there were no expectations during that period. After the holidays, she stopped communicating entirely and did not call or text regarding scheduled shifts, resulting in multiple no-shows. And completely abandoning her job with us a nanny all together. Reliable communication and respect for a family’s time are essential in childcare. Despite clear expectations, this standard was not met. Families seeking consistent and dependable care should take this into consideration.
