About Cassondra

Hello! I go by Cassie. I have a passion for working with children, especially those with complex behavioral needs and those on the autism spectrum. As a board certified behavior analyst with over 10 years of experience, I can support families who may have difficulty finding caregivers who understand their children's unique needs. I also have 9 nieces and nephews, so I have lots of personal experience outside of the professional world! My approach is patient, fun, creative, and friendly. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and will always follow your preferred communication method. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, pretend play, and educational games with children ages (2-12+). I am comfortable caring for up to three children. I have a graduate degree, a car, and am certified in CPR and First Aid. I look forward to bringing my experience and fun to your family!
