Hi! I'm Cassius, I use they/them pronouns. I've been working with kids since I was 14 years old. I've done tutoring, taught martial arts classes to 2+ year old's, babysat, and more. I love being around children, and I really enjoy creating the space to learn from them as well as teach. I deeply value kids' creativity and imagination, and am always happy to answer the endless "why?" questions. I believe in providing children with a solid support network so that they feel as confident as possible stepping out into the world and developing into adults. I'd describe my personality as bubbly, funny, and engaging, in part developed because of my background as a martial arts teacher and tutor. In my spare time, I like to crochet, play with and take care of my two cats, and practice martial arts. I'm CPR certified, comfortable with all kinds of pets, and happy to do any kind of activities your child(ren) are interested in, from video games to language arts homework to DIY crafts.

Cassius is reliable and punctual. He is approachable (and the kids love him!) - he is able to be gentle with the kids while making sure they are safe, fed, follow house rules, etc. Also super fun to be around and has lots of fun skills like martial arts to teach the kids and keep them active.
