About Cassidy

My name is Cassidy Bailey! I am 19 years old!!!! I may not be on the older side. But I have the mental capacity to handle this!!!! I pride myself on having excellent communication skills, good patience and good creative skills. I have always loved working with kids growing up! I have nine siblings and seven of them are younger than me. When I was old enough I started to babysitting them for my parents. Taking care of them were one of my favorite memories. I loved doing it because I wish someone better would have done that for me. I'm looking for a job that is long term. I am currently going to school and just got done with my first year!!! It's vital to feel rapport with the family. I would like to be openly communicate about and all concerns. It's important to have the right influence on children. Having compression helps to better communicate with the child with whatever they're experiencing. Patience and the ability to be creative are important skills to have aswell.
