About Cassidi

Hi! I'm Cassidi! As a caregiver, I aim to inspire and to guide, never to punish or restrict. I've spent nearly 8 years (& counting) working with able-bodied, disabled, and autistic youth. I have treasured every opportunity I've been gifted. I have the most in-home experience caring for: 9 months - 6 years old! I prefer active play over screen time. I get bored, too! I love being outside. Painting, games, dancing, yoga, singing, etc. I have an education background, so I can help with practicing reading, writing, counting, etc. I have hygiene routine practice expereince as well! I have a background in behavioral therapy, where I learned how to de-escalate challenging moments and encourage independence. I also spent time in a Montessori classroom, fostering that same independence through teaching art and general hands-on learning. I have always helped families with babysitting, nannying, tutoring, and house helping / organizing. I am also First Aid / CPR certified!
