About Cassidi

We hired Casidi as part of a three person team to provide care to my 102 year old Mother. Cassidi took care of my Mother for six months before Mom passed. Cassidi's credentials are what prompted me to schedule the in-person interview, but it was our discussion at the kitchen table that confirmed she was a perfect fit. We allso observed how she interacted with Mom prior to offering her the position. Cassidi is a smart, caring individual that leverages her education and observation training while caring for Mom. We hired Cassidi for overnight hours on weekends to allow my wife and I to get some sleep. Soon after, we needed to take 4 weeks to prepare Mom's house for sale in NJ at which time, Cassidi took the night shift from 7pm to 4am. Mom needed to make frequent trips to the bathroom at night, was hard of hearing, legally blind, and required hands on guidance from the bed to the bathroom. As soon as Mom made a move to get out of bed, Cassisi was by her side to guide her walker and comfort Mom so she knew she was not alone and would return safely to her bed. Cassidi was attentive and encouraging with Mom which is a key skill since Mom had early onset dimentia. Cassidi's training as a Registerd Nurse was pivotal in detecting symptoms of a UTI allowing us to take action to establish an antibiotic regiment. Based on our experience with Cassidi we highly recommend her to anyone needing in-home care for their loved ones.
