Cassandra has been working with us since fall 2021. She is timely and gets the job done. When things do come up and she has to come late or on another day she communicates it and makes sure that a rescheduled time or date works for us. Likewise, I've had to reschedule a few times and she is always great about accommodating our crazy life. Any minor concerns I've had about her work (missing the ceiling fans) were easily fixed with direct communication. I'm so glad we found her.
