About Cassandra

Hello, my name is Cassandra and I am seeking a full-time position. I have over 10 years of experience working with children and young adults ages 3-30 with autism (levels 1-3), ADHD, Down syndrome, impulse disorders, and physical support needs including wheelchair assistance and catheter care. Working with children is my passion. I enjoy creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment through arts, crafts, and sensory play. I also provide homework help and understand that schoolwork can be stressful for some children. I break tasks into manageable steps to reduce anxiety and build confidence. I enjoy being outdoors, walking, hiking, and traveling. I am reliable, patient, and committed to providing a positive and caring environment.
