About Casey

I have heart for children and thoroughly enjoy spending time helping them grow into happy and healthy humans. I love spending time outdoors and would be ecstatic to share that love with your children while they are in my care. Some activities I would like to do with your children are crafts, reading stories, outdoor play, and homework help. I currently work a teacher's schedule so have limited availability but will have up to 40hours of availability over the summer. I am currently employed as an elementary school social worker where most of my daily tasks are regulating children who are having emotional outburst and building trust and rapport with children to provide a sense of security. I worked as a child mental health therapist for a year, where I taught social emotional skills as well as healthy coping skills. I hold a bachelors and a master's degree in social work. I have been formally trained in child development and behavior.
