About Casaundra

I began my career caring for seniors 10 years ago. But my experience in serving others started 30 years ago. Two of my clients from 3 years ago resided at an assisted living facility where I was employed as a, "Life Enrichment Coordinator," also known as an Activities Director. I was asked to join the team and I was eager to see what the corporate world had to offer our seniors. I quickly found my value system did not coincide with theirs and that it is vital I be able to work with individual who respect the people care for, while also helping them to support their dignity, decision making and overall wellness of life. I hope to find individuals with like-minded values as well. I also firmly believe that everyone needs a purpose in life. Providing enriching activities of daily living while also maintaining as much independence is vital for their physical, mental and emotional well being.
