About Caryn

As an educator, I worked with students with a variety of abilities and disabilities, including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, language disorders, and English Language Learners. I provided individualized instruction, for students of all ages. During my time in the classroom, I had a variety of training on the Science of Reading, different reading programs, and the implementation of various literacy assessments. I was a math liaison to coordinate math curriculum, assessments, and school programs for students. In 2014, I started Alphabetic Principles to provide individual academic support to students kindergarten through high school. I received extensive training in Orton-Gillingham and Dyscalculia interventions for all ages.
