We loved Carsyn! She was our nanny for a few months before relocating and cared for our daughter when she was about one year old. Carsyn was very engaging, she spent time singing, playing, and interacting with our baby in a warm and attentive way without any screentime. She does best with clear guidance, so I recommend setting expectations and preferences up front. We had no issues with communication or scheduling and appreciated her reliability during her time with our family.
