In a span of 30 days, Carrie was late two to three times. We have a young child and both of us work full time, and Carrie was asked to be here on time. Then one day she just stopped coming, no call or any notice whatsoever. If you want a clean house, she's a great cleaner and will do whatever you ask of her, but if you need someone to be there at a certain time and need someone who is reliable, I would recommend finding someone else.
