I have 5+ years as a professional yoga teacher of which I have taught multiple chair classes a week to seniors helping them maintain, range of motion, strength, balance, etc. Throughout my teachings I've worked with people who have suffered abrupt traumatic injuries, gone through surgery, those with parkinson's, M. S., paraplegics, and those with some to little limitations within their lives and daily schedules. Looking for long term client.
