She is very perceptive, as to the patient's needs and desires. For example, my mother does not like to engage in lengthy, idle conversation. Carrie is quite respectful of my mother and knows when to be quiet. Further, she is professional, organized, a self starter, compassionate, and has an upbeat personality. Overall, Carrie is an outstanding care giver and a wonderful human being.
