Carrie is a reliable and responsible individual that I would not hesitate to book again to look in on our cat. While we were away, she made sure our cat had adequate food and water, a clean litter box, and enjoyed playtime. Each day of our trip, Carrie texted us pictures of our cat and assured us that he was well. Additionally, Carrie is on time for scheduled appointments and is responsive to communications.
