I'm very hands-on and truly enjoy getting to know each child as an individual, making sure they feel seen, safe, and supported. I'm comfortable with infants as well as older children and bring a great balance of fun and structure to each day. In addition to childcare, I'm happy to help with house management and family support-things like school and activity drop-offs, organizing kids' spaces, errands, and light meal prep. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Carrianne. She has been with our family for over two years, and letting her go as our son starts school has been incredibly bittersweet. She has truly become part of our family. From day one, she has been reliable, flexible with her hours, and deeply invested in our son's growth and happiness. She prepares his lunches, keeps his days structured and engaging, and brings so much warmth and joy into everything she does. Most importantly, our son absolutely adores her — they are best friends, and he lights up every time he sees her. Thanks to the time she spends reading, talking, and singing with him every day, our son's vocabulary is well above average for his age, and she has played a huge role in teaching him his alphabet and fostering a genuine love of learning. It's clear how intentional and thoughtful she is about child development, while still making each day fun and loving. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have her. We trust her completely and recommend her without hesitation. I would be more than happy to speak with any prospective families and provide a reference call if helpful.
