Carolyn is always a couple minutes early. She is very sweet and very good with our kids. Our kids love to be babysat by her! She is very flexible as well, we have asked her for an extended hour a couple times while out on a date, and she always says yes. Her rates are reasonable, even when we had another kid she only raised her rate by a little. I 100% recommend her, we are sad she is moving and are certain she is a one if a kind, it will be hard to replace her.
