About Carolynn

I have been a dedicated caregiver for nearly 8 years, providing compassionate and comprehensive care to my clients. I have experienced with clients who have/had Alzheimer's/dementia. My services include light daily cleaning, medication reminders, assistance with toileting, bathing, walking, running errands, and accompanying clients to doctor's appointments. As a working artist, I have countless ideas and supplies for crafts/projects. I have a clean, reliable car and enjoy taking my clients out for safe and enjoyable outings. As a private chef, I enjoy cooking nutritious and delicious meals tailored to my clients' preferences. I am passionate about listening to and learning from my clients, often becoming a trusted friend and confidante. These relationships are a privilege to me. I live in Lyons with my husband, a jazz musician and educator, and balance my caregiving with part-time work in the music business and creating art. I can do occasional over-nights.
