I am a Certified Nursing Assistant with nearly a year of hands-on experience providing consistent and compassionate care to seniors. I truly value the relationships I build with my clients and believe trust and dignity are the foundation of quality care. In my previous role, I worked long-term with a senior and developed a meaningful bond built on patience, respect, and reliability. I also built a strong and trusting relationship with his family through consistent communication and dependable care. I prioritize treating every individual as an adult with their own preferences, routines, and life story, never rushing or talking down to them. I have experience supporting seniors with varying levels of cognitive decline and understand the importance of staying calm, redirecting when needed, and maintaining a safe and familiar environment. My goal is to help seniors feel comfortable, respected, and genuinely cared for in their own home.
