As a caregiver, I've had the privilege of supporting families and providing reliable childcare for over four years. My passion for caregiving stems from my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles. I'm patient, calm, friendly, and approachable, which helps me connect with children and build trusting relationships. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in open and regular dialogue. I provide verbal updates at pickup, send regular text or phone call updates, and always follow the parents' preferred communication method. I firmly believe in following the lead of parents when it comes to enforcing household rules. My goal is to create a harmonious environment where children feel safe, respected, and loved. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and educational games that promote learning.
