Carolyn has that rare ability to jump into a situation and figure it out immediately! She lives her life unapologetically and seems to be the kid whisperer. She can de-escalate any difficult situation and turn it into something adventurous or fun. Carolyn is very high energy and gets her tasks completed under budget and within an agreed upon deadline.
