Carol does wonderfully with our two very active boys, ages three and one. As well as our two hyper fur kid puppies. She's caring, patient, and thoughtful. Always arrives early to help us as we try and get out of the house in the morning, and also takes the time to talk about the boys needs each day. She's adapted to our note-taking system, consistently communicates, cooks meals, and takes on light cleaning or laundry folding when the boys are napping. When the weather is nice she takes them on exploration walks or to the park. Carol has become part of the family and our kids light up when they see her.
