I have been providing child care for most of my life. I have had the honor of helping to raise my two grandchildren for the past 15 years including weekend babysitting. While they were in school, I worked in the cafeteria, was a substitute crossing guard, and also the playground supervisor. I believe that the first few years in the life of a child are the most important years as they learn, discover, and associate with people and the world around them. I then began helping two local moms by driving their three elementary boys to and from school. Then I was a nanny for a premie from two months to 2-1/2 years and she started preschool. I have references available and was fingerprinted by the FBI and passed extensive background check to work for the San Ramon School District. My TB testing and CPR are also current.

My husband and I are first time parents and you can imagine the anxiety we both felt having to leave our baby in the hands of a nanny. We interviewed several candidates and selected Carol based on her experience working with infants, similar values in raising children, flexibility with our schedule, and passing research/background check. Carol took care of my daughter from 2 months through 2.5 years. She always came to work on time, was dependable, and was instrumental with helping my baby reach important milestones. In fact, everyone that meets my daughter is amazed with how advanced she is with her vocabulary and motor skills. I believe it's all the love, attention, and care my baby received under Carol's watch. My husband and I will be forever grateful for the positive impact she made with us and my daughter. I would hire Carol again in a heartbeat! Any family that hires her will be blessed to have her in their lives.
