Carol has been our nanny for 2 years now & has done an amazing job with our 2 girls. She started when our oldest daughter was 3 months old (now 27 months) & we recently added our newest addition 6 months ago. She is always 5 minutes early, has only called in sick 1 or maybe 2 times in 2 years & is highly flexible in regards to scheduling. Most importantly, our girls adore her. The house is always spotless when I get home (dishes done, laundry folded, toys put away) & we always joke that she's a "Boulder 70" because her activity level with the kids is that of someone in their 50s. We are so thankful for our time with Carol & she will remain a part of our family!
