About Caroline

I'm a stepmom to two boys, ages 11 and 6, and I've been actively involved in their daily lives and care for the past three years. This has given me hands-on experience with different ages, personalities, routines, and needs. My younger stepson is autistic, which has also taught me the importance of patience, consistency, communication, and respecting each child's individual needs. While I'm new to providing child care professionally, caring for children is an important part of my everyday life. I understand how much trust it takes to have someone care for your child and how important it is for children to feel safe, comfortable, and understood. I'm patient, attentive, responsible, and comfortable following each family's instructions and routines. My goal is to provide a safe, caring, and supportive environment while respecting each child as an individual.
