About Caroline

Hi Im Caroline! I'm a calm, patient, creative, and friendly babysitter/nanny who genuinely enjoys working with children and making a positive impact in their lives. My goal is to support families by providing safe, reliable, and caring childcare. I grew up with a sibling 12 years younger than me, and since my parents both worked full-time, I began helping care for my sibling when I was 12 and they were just 1-year-old. This gave me hands-on experience and taught me the responsibility, patience, and reliability that childcare requires. I'm comfortable following and enforcing household rules and routines while also creating fun, creative activities for children. I'm friendly and approachable and believe communication with parents is extremely important. I'm happy to provide regular text or phone updates so parents always feel informed and comfortable.
