Caroline was our animal and house sitter for three years. We used her quite frequently as we travel a great deal. She is dependable, bright, can think on her feet, and follows through with everything she is asked to do. Once, we were traveling abroad and knew there could be a family emergency. We left very detailed and somewhat complicated instructions on how to reach us, and the family matter was also very complicated and serious. When in fact the emergency became a crisis, she handled everything with precision and discretion. We recommend Caroline for any child care position she applies for as she has the good judgment to know where she can make a difference and the maturity and skill to carry out her responsibilities.
