About Caroline

I'd describe my personality as caring, funny, and polite I like working with kids because it is my hope to work with kids after college. Not only that, but with the number of years of experience with kids, I enjoy spending time with them, and creating fun activities for them. Kids should be able to be themselves and also feel comfortable, as well as learn. Which is my goal whenever I work with them. I'm looking for a job that is flexible and I am able to have a good impact on a family. I started working with kids since middle school. I started with my siblings then over time worked at daycares such as YMCA after school care and Summer Camp, and lastly The Learning Experience. In my spare time, I like to write, draw, sew and read. Something you should know about me is I am very optimistic, flexible (as long as you communicate with me in time), respectful, and I am very creative. My skills include involving kids, try to understand them, and teaching them new things.
