Working with Caroline allowed me to take a deep breath as a mom for one of the first times ever. She is warm, dependable, flexible, and genuinely invested in the children she cares for. She quickly built a beautiful bond with both of our kids and approached every day with patience, kindness, and a wonderful sense of humor. She was especially thoughtful and attentive to our autistic son’s individual needs, routines, and communication style. She always treated him with respect, encouraged his independence, and took the time to truly understand him. Knowing that both of our children were safe, happy, and so genuinely cared for gave me a sense of comfort that is difficult to put into words. Caroline was also incredibly helpful around our home and always willing to jump in wherever she was needed. We trusted her completely and feel so fortunate that she became part of our family.
