My college education equipped me with a solid foundation, and I am certified in CPR and First Aid. I offer a range of services, including live-in care, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and assistance with mobility, physical activity, and medical management. I also have experience supporting individuals with dementia, adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion.
